What is CHANGEMASTERS?
The Change Masters project is an easily deployable life-long learning edutainment service. It helps managers and teams master change. The users have to accomplish missions in an online simulation. The main aim of the virtual managers is to introduce a major innovation in their own organisation. In this way, the service can improve their change readiness and productivity while also supporting organisational changes within large companies, corporate universities, SMEs or SME networks, educational institutions or public sector organisations.
How to use CHANGEMASTERS?
The project offers this service with software components that are both accessible off-line (PC, MAC, Unix, Linux) and on-line via the Internet. ChangeMasters provides a set of e-learning stimulations by involving employees in situations where they can develop their skills through a learning-by-doing process within the framework of realistic scenarios. The project encourages employees to participate as team members in an intensive simulation experience. During this process, they will have to face and react to the introduction of a major innovation related to their own organization and this will enable them to determine which factors can be subject to fail or to succeed in terms of innovative changes.
CHANGEMASTERS' main objectives
The main goal of the ChangeMasters Project is to "market-validate" the ChangeMasters service by:
* Providing a set of e-learning simulations
* Investigating the business case of an integrated e-learning solution
* Developing an integrated business strategy
* Demonstrating and testing the service by contacting five validation pilots in real environment
* Producing five validation case studies in different targeted categories
* Documenting the advantages users get from ChangeMasters service
* Validating a deployment strategy and business plan.
